You'll fill out this form which gives me a detailed insight into your nutrition, lifestyle and products used.
I will then create your individual acne report detailing where you may be going wrong, and I'll give you all the personalised recommendations to get you on the path to clear skin.
You also have the opportunity to ask me any questions, related to your skin.

The written report costs £70 (around $99 U.S.D), I manually create the report and once the report is completed no refunds will be given, so please purchase with intention.
